I've been trying to blog about it for sometime now but ofcourse, lack of eloquence prevented me from doing it. (I'm not going to kid myself into saying that i have 'writer's ' block!!! I'm no writer!!) <BR/>The last paragraph is, pretty much the perception that europeans have of work culture in India. When they are on an assignment in india, they tear their hair out wondering why their subordinates wait for instructions rather than just do their job and produce results. Hell, it was one embarassing moment for me, when it was noted in my appraisal that i was an efficent worker but lacked initiative!! <BR/>That's when i stopped twiddling my thumbs altogether!<BR/>I can pretty much tell that i'm gonna have a lot of trouble when i return to india.
